At The Australian Organic, we want you to love your natural glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a lightly used or unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your organic beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our Sydney distribution center; please keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
